Allen Toussaint was incredible last night

Forgot my camera, but got lucky when he turned around and caught this with the iPhone.

The man is a great storyteller let alone singer and piano player, and he fluidly transitioned from one genre to another, including classical. He has greatly influenced the course of popular music having written for numerous other musicians and through countless covers of his songs by more popular acts.

If you ever get the chance I would definitely catch his live show.
