Seattle band Midday Veil embark on a nationwide tour today that takes them to SXSW, LA Psych Fest, and many other fine venues across the country. A call was put out to their friends and neighbors for mixtapes to drive to in their tour van which is equipped with a cassette player, and having boxes upon boxes of old cassettes, dj slow gladly provided a melange of tapes from years gone by.
I'll be posting a tape here every few days or so, and to keep it interesting I'm leaving off track lists as the band is listening blind, and to be honest, I don't know them all myself.
